Policy

Merchandise:

All merchandise in stock will be shipped within two business days. Please allow two weeks for out of stock items unless otherwise notified.

Merchandise Guarantee:

All merchandise is guaranteed by the manufacturer. Second Skin Shop will inspect returned merchandise before being sent to the manufacturer. All items returned to the manufacturer will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's discretion.

Merchandise Returns:

All clearance items are final, no refunds, or exchanges. All other merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Item must be unused, unworn, and must have original packing and sales receipt. Items not meeting the above criteria will be sent back to the customer at customer's expense.

Sales Tax:

Michigan residents will have a 6% sales tax added to each order.

Payment:
  1. Cashier's check, personal check*, money order. * $20.00 charge will be added to all NSF personal checks.
  2. Visa or Mastercard
  3. C.O.D. money order only. * $5.00 additional C.O.D. charge.
  4. All payments U.S. funds.
